IFC-aware cost matching
When a markup or issue links to a 3D BIM element, LocusBIM reads the IFC class (IfcWall, IfcSlab, IfcBeam, IfcDoor…) and Revit category to select the most specific cost code — no configuration required.

Scope keyword detection
Write "replace drywall" in an issue title and the engine automatically generates three rows: demolition (savings), new installation, and paint finish. Write "repair" and it applies a 40% repair factor.

Confidence indicators
Each line item shows a colour-coded confidence dot — green for IFC-matched, blue for category-matched, amber for tool-type fallback. You always know how much to trust each number.

Manual override
Click the pencil icon on any row to pin it to a specific cost code from the library. Overridden rows survive recalculation. A purple lock badge marks every manual entry.
