• Installs per-machine to C:\Program Files\LocusBIM\, which requires administrator elevation
• WebView2 Runtime is a system-level dependency; deploy it separately via Microsoft's enterprise installer if not already present

Multiple PDFs open at once

• Open several drawings as tabs and switch between them instantly. Each tab keeps its own page, zoom, scroll, selection, and undo history.
• Drag tabs to reorder them. Your open set reopens automatically the next time you launch.
• Memory stays bounded. Up to eight documents stay open and the least-recently-used is closed for you.

Khatam AI (on-device)

• Organize layers. One click sorts your markups into named layers by discipline, cost, and intent.
• Semantic revision diff. Compare two versions of a drawing and read a plain-language summary of what changed.
• Style audit. Flags the markups missing a subject, units, or a cost code before you share a set.
• Conversational filter. Narrow the markup list by typing what you want, like "pending clouds on Level 2".
• Markup to RFI. Turn a markup into an RFI with the title, description, and category pre-filled for review.
• Session summary. After a live review, get the decisions, action items, and open questions ready to copy or export.

Team collaboration

• In-session chat panel for live coordination during sync sessions. Enter sends, Shift+Enter adds a line break, and messages are ephemeral by design
• Named sync sessions with a Copy Invite button. Paste the session name and room ID into email or chat in one click
• Recent Sessions list to rejoin any of your last 8 rooms with a single click
• Peer cursor and presence indicators show who is on which page, in real time

License + account

• Opt-in auto-renew toggle in Help → License. Your saved card is charged on the anniversary of activation
• Renewal reminders start 30 days before expiry as non-modal banners. Snooze for 7 days or open the renewal page
• In-app refund request. Help → License → Request Refund builds a pre-filled email within the 30-day window
• Refund Policy and updated Terms pages on locusbim.com
• Move between machines. Deactivate on the old machine, then activate the same key on the new one

Privacy + telemetry controls

• Anonymous usage events are opt-in and default OFF. Toggle them in Help → License with a payload preview before you enable
• Crash dumps stay local by default. Upload requires either the "always send" preference or explicit consent on the next-launch toast
• New "Delete my data" action in Help → License honours the PIPEDA and CASL deletion right server-side
• Bug reports are always user-initiated. Help → "Report a problem" shows the JSON payload before you submit

BCF, ProjectWise, and CAD plugins

• BCF 2.1 round-trip with reconstructed markup geometry on import. Attach to any PDF via the new dialog
• ProjectWise check-out → mark up → check-in with flattened PDF + .locusbim.json sidecar + issue-report PDF, all in one save cycle
• Revit plugin: Live Sync detects model changes and prompts the desktop app to reload
