Compare Toolbar
Compare two PDFs to identify changes. Enable via View → Toolbars → Compare.
Starting Comparison
Click "Start Compare" and select a PDF to compare against the currently open document. The comparison runs automatically.
Comparison Results
The toolbar shows pages with differences and a total count. Changed regions are highlighted on the canvas with change clouds.
Exporting Differences
Export a comparison report showing all changes between versions. Useful for submittal reviews and change order documentation.
Tip: Best used with PDFs from the same source (e.g., Revit exports of the same sheet at different dates) for accurate comparison.
