Use File → Export PDF with Markups (Ctrl+E) to embed all annotations from the current document into a new PDF file.
Supported Annotation Types

Tip: The exported PDF can be opened in any PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat, web browser PDF viewers, and others). Recipients do not need LocusBIM to view the annotations.
Y-axis Coordinate Flip
The PDF canvas uses a top-left origin; PDF specification uses bottom-left. The exporter automatically flips Y coordinates so annotations appear at the correct position in the exported file.
