Format Toolbar
Stroke colour, fill, line style, opacity, line width, and font controls applied to selected markups.

Format Toolbar
Controls visual properties for the currently active markup tool. Changes apply to newly drawn markups; select an existing markup and modify to change it retroactively.

| S (swatch) | Stroke colour — line/border color |
| F (swatch) | Fill colour — for closed shapes (Rect, Ellipse, Cloud, Polygon, Highlight) |
| α (slider) | Opacity: 10%–100% |
| Style | Line style: Solid, Dashed, Dotted, Dash-dot, Dash-dot-dot |
| Start/End | Line endings: None, Arrow, Open Arrow, Dot, Square, Diamond |
| W (input) | Line width in pixels: 1–20 |
| Font | Font family: Arial, Times, Courier, Helvetica, etc. |
| pt (input) | Font size in points: 8–72 |
| B / I / U | Bold, Italic, Underline text formatting |
Tip: Set your preferred defaults before drawing. Line styles and endings are especially useful for professional engineering drawings that need to distinguish annotation types.
